English Language Support (ELS)
What is ELS?
ELS (English Language Support) is a specialized program designed to provide leveled English instruction for students who need additional language support outside their regular classroom.

Why is ELS Important?
Strong English skills ensure that students fully benefit from their learning experience at STIS. The ELS program is structured to help students develop the language proficiency necessary for success.

Duration of ELS Enrollment
Each student progresses at their own pace. The program's goal is to transition students into mainstream classes as soon as they are ready.

Additional Costs for ELS
STIS employs specialized instructors for this program, and the additional service incurs a supplementary fee, which is a valuable investment in a child's long-term academic success.

ELS Tier System
Tier 3: Students requiring the most intensive support.

Class Schedule
Whenever possible, ELS classes are scheduled during the school day. However, certain tiers may have additional sessions either before 9:00 AM or after regular school hours. Due to scheduling constraints, individual student timetables cannot always be accommodated.

Is ELS Mandatory?
If a student is assessed and placed into ELS, enrollment in the program is compulsory, and the fee will be treated as part of the standard tuition structure.
